Many makers are apparently looking again at rangefinders perhapsbecause of the unexpectedly large success of the Bessa R. Perhaps Leitz were right all along and rangefinders ARE more suitable for most photography and reflex cameras are only better for a minority of specialist uses. They hung on for some time waiting for photographers to realise this before making the Leicaflex - perhaps it has taken another 30 years for a sufficient number of people to agree thereby justifying the reemergence of small light quiet cameras for most uses. Hopefully they can be cheap too if made in sufficient quantity. cheers Frank
