[Leica] Help for new Minilux user

I just picked up a used Minilux on the cheap.
Unfortunately it didn't come with a manual, so I'm
left to my intuition to guess some of the modes and
usage. I'm hoping a Mini user out there can answer the
following for me:

1) There are two sets of viewfinder framelines. I'm
guessing that the middle line (above the focus square)
indicates cropping for panoramas. But what about the
top set of framelines?

2) Flash: what is the approximate guide number or
range?

3) On the manual focus/distance dial: what is the
distance of the last unlabelled tick before infinity?
I'm assuming it's 9 meters or thereabouts.
