Peter:

Unlesss the delivery is via c-section, they tend to keep the birthing rooms
pretty dim so the mother is comfortable.  If you look on my web page, there are
some pictures I took using a Noctilux and a 35mm Summicron ASPH.  The picture
of the baby on the scale was the Noctilux and E200.  The B&w was Tmax 400 at ei
800.
