The 21 finders (any and all I've ever tried, Leica and otherwise) don't have 
enough eye relief to see all corners (and certainly not beyond) while wearing 
glasses.  The latest plastic Leica finder is not to bad, though.  The 24 
finder is actually a 21 finder with a 24 frameline, so (and this is a guess 
because I haven't lookede through one) eyeglass-wearers might get a fuller 
view of the frame.
