Hello,

Placing them side by side, I would say that the chrome band around the base 
of the later IROOA is substantially wider.  Also, and more definitively, the 
spring-loaded grippers around the inner diameter of the base of the ITDOO are 
in a single row, while those of the IROOA are in pairs.  Finally, the ITDOO 
has a velvet lining around the second tier of the inner diameter mounting 
ring.  That's about it.
