I have the IROOA, which has six lenses marked on a fairly wide chrome band,
and attaches to the lens with a double set of spring clips that let it mount
normally or reversed for storage on a 50mm (but not a 35mm) lens.  I've never
had (or even seen in person) an ITDOO, but it has a very thin chrome ring at
the back with lenses marked on the black hood section, and according to my
accessory guide it has a "velvet lining for reverse positioning."  I can't
tell if it has the spring clips for regular positioning or not, but certainly
it wouldn't be as secure in the reverse position as the IROOA.  Also, if it
will fit in reverse on a 35 Summaron then it must be either wider or shallower
than the IROOA, which will NOT fit in reverse on my E39 Summaron (interferes
with the infinity lock) but which fit fine in reverse on the DR Summicron I
once had.

I also have the impression that the ITDOO is more expensive when available,
although there were a couple of  IROOAs that went for pretty fancy prices
recently on ebay..

BTW, the front rim of the IROOA will accept and hold a generic (i.e. cheap)
55mm plastic lens cover, the kind with the two spring loaded clips.  Very
quick to get into action as compared to storing the hood reversed on the lens
with the appropriate Leica plastic cover to keep the dirt off.  I don't know
if the ITDOO works that way or not.
