Dear Fellow Luggers-

In the past 3 or 4 years it has been my pleasure to use the
Leica m6 & a fine assortment of M lenses. In the past six mos., I purchased a
Noctilux because I shoot alot in available darkness or-whatever the low light
conditions may be. I also just love the shallow depth of field of shooting
this lens wide open.Anyway, I am wondering if I would experience a
significant advantage w/ an M6 High Mag. 0.85 in terms of focusing accurracy
when I am shooting the noctilux wide open as compared to my standard M6
classic .72 finder.I have never used a high mag. finder but have come to
understand that it may help my accurracy w/ the 50, 75 & 90mm? Is it worth
the investment? I shoot alot of performers in stage light & prefer to use
available light w/o flash.. Would this High Mag. finder really give me a
distinct advantage as compared to my M6 classic? If it translates into more
sharp images, I am into it. Would anyone recommend purchasing a .85 high mag
as my second M body? Thanks for any light any of you fellow luggers may shed
on this subject-it would help bring me out of the dark!!!
Thanks>>>>>>>>Jim V.>>>>>San Diego,Ca.
