They are both great flashes, but I would think them a bit top heavy for an 
M4-P. It really depends on how much punch you need from your flash, but I 
use a Vivitar 102 ($15 eBay) with my M5 and have been very happy with it. 
(When I rarely use flash on the Leica.)
