Worse than just being woefully off topic, it is inaccurate.
They do pay into FICA (on their first $100k or so like everyone else) and 
are eligible to collect (like everyone else). They just don't NEED to 
collect it with any tenure in DC at all for reasons previously explained. 
Should something be done? Sure...but it should be done in another forum.
