Jan,

To be really precise you'd use 1/200 sec with an aperture between f/8 and f/11, but in many cases using 1/200 would be close enough.  If you are using slide film, go for precision, if you're using a negative film an accurate exposure is better but often you won't notice the difference between 1/200 @ f/8 and 1/250 @ f/8.
