I subscribe to the Macworld's Photoshop 5 bible by Deke McClelland.
His off the wall sense of humor gets the reader through the rough spots and he
tells all, knows all.
I hate the title though as you're not going to find it in a hotel room or have
guys going door to door in suits trying to sell it to you.
