Thanks for your explanation. It was long overdue. At least we now 
know *how* LHSA got into this situation. It's all understandable.

Does LHSA have any statement at all about the division of Special 
Edition customers, one set who have prepaid and are waiting, the 
other set who will be able to pay when the camera is delivered? 
Exactly how many people have prepaid and are still waiting? I assume 
that the vast majority went through the dealer channel to order 
(seeing that there are 1100 on order, up from 100 prior to the dealer 
offering.) If that is the case, as luck would have it, there are only 
a relatively few people that ponied up the cash up-front.

Do you have any comment about the people that are in this situation? 
That's the entire reason this thread was started. It would be nice to 
have an official statement about it.
