Andre,
I have dealt with a company that specialises in adapting Leica lenses for
just these types of professional cine cameras.
They are called Van Diemen and have a machine shop in Leicestershire. They
bought up the old stock of spares from Taylor Hobson/Cooke when their
parent company, Rank, sold off surplus parts of the company in the late
1970s. their reputation is such that they had some Korean visitors the
other day when I was trying to contact their MD, Mr Christopher Smith.
They have repaired an old (1949) LTM Cooke Amotal 50/2 for me, though sadly
they were unable to find original spares stock to use.
They have a web site:
www.VanDiemen-ltd.com
 and here is their address:
41-43 High St.,
Earl Shilton,
Leicestershire,
LE9 7DH
England
Their 2 e-mail addresses I have do not seem to have worked for me so I'll
refrain from passing them on.
Tel: 44 1455 847722
Fax: 44 1455 841224

regards,
Jem

I wonder if there is a way to use Leica lenses on Arriflex
or Panavision cine-cameras, out of curiosity.
