KEH charges $9.95 shipping for any order costing less than $100.  It's
stated very plainly in the section on ordering.

Recently I bought a bunch of small items and made sure it totaled over $100.
They called me and said they were out of one filter and did I want the rest.
Of course I said yes and the total came to $99.97 and $9.95 shipping.  They
were very polite about refunded the shipping costs.  I think the $9.95 is
added automatically by the computer if the total comes to less than $100.00.

BTW I was very happy with everything I received.

KEH did NOT follow suit...they mismarked an item, and were not able to get, 
nor had, the correct item.  I paid for return shipping, and they did NOT 
refund the original WAY OVERPRICED shipping charge!  $9.99 for a small 
plastic lense cap!

B&H sent me the wrong item. It was their error. They cheerfully refunded
the cost of the item and shipping charges both ways. I also received a
eamil reply as well as a personal telephone call. This a real joy to see
in this age of "don't care-ism"
