You forgot to mention that it's available in black paint and it costs £500
less than the existing M6 :-)

Seriously though, since the black paint models are so popular, why doesn't
Leica have this as a standard finish in addition to the existing ones?

Say, has anyone heard a street price for the new M6E? In case you haven't
heard it's exactly like an M6 except that it has an electronic shutter,
aperture priority auto as well as manual metering, TTL flash metering and
1/250 synch . . . OK, so I'm making this up but one can always hope, right?
