In my experience, Don Chatterton is a very fine source.  And, no, those
items you ask about do not have the U.S. Passport warranty.

Is Don Chatterton a reputable source for Leica equipment? I see fairly good
prices for many "unused sealed in box" or "new unused" items. But I assume
these don't have the US Passport Warranty though.
