The 5548 is a 12" straight cord.   A 5534 is a 3' coiled cord that will
allow you to put the 34CS-2 on a CTOOM flash bracket and use it with a
camera mounted MR meter or one of the auxiliary viewfinders.

BTW, this flash can be used with the 24 Elmarit.
