Jim, for dogs you could learn to bark! - with most dogs it will work for 2
or 3 shots and then they think that two legger is an idiot for making such
stupid noises - with cats it has to be visual, I use a long flexible rod
with something bright on the end to attract their attention - however with
cats there seem to be two types, the skittish, which struggle and generally
want to disappear behind the couch, and the lazy, which don't seem too
interested in that two legger at all - on the whole I prefer dogs, the bark
gets their ears up and often will put their head on one side, very cute if
you can catch it - see ya - rah! rah! rah!
