Subject: [Leica] Leica LTM rapid advance winding lever

Does anyone know if the accessory rapid advance levers for the LTM still 
exist? These were little castings that fit over the winding knob of the Leica 
IIIc or IIIf cameras and let you advance the film with a single rotation of 
the forefinger. When the film was wound, the finger was positioned directly 
over the release button. The one I have was made by Tech Photo Products, Inc. 
of Brooklyn, NY.
