Subject: [Leica] Which lens for P150 projector

I have a P150 projector with the Hektor lens.  Recently I have seen a
Colorplan CF lens for sale in a local store.

Is this lens noticably better than the Hektor and worth buying?
How much would such a lens be worth (in good used condition)?
What does the CF stand for?
