Why a "worthy SLR companion" to our Leica rangefinder cameras?
Are our Leica's lonely? Is the Dogs best friend his cat?
TWO reasons for 35mm SLR "companion" otherwise I see it as a meaningless trivial
doubling up of play toys:
1. MACRO (for the Viso- intolerant)
2. Longer Tele (for the Viso- intolerant) A 180. Or longer.
3. OK I though of another one. FLASH SYNC! Its possible that a job would have to
be done with a 250th second sync speed with a flash system to match. Our Leica
M's at 1/50 can sometimes not cut the mustard in this regard.
Otherwise I'd say:
Learn to use your cameras!! Playing around with those Olympi are not going to
get you in tune with your Leica M system.
