I carry a similar outfit as well but that is just to the home base. From
there I bring the two bodies with lenses mounted and then only what I know I
will actually use. At night the tabletop tripod and flash but not during the
day when I would be sure to include the polarizer. Good lens pairings would
be the 21 and the 50 or the 35 with the 90. All this assumes you are not a
professional as then I would say you are travelling too light! Ted Grant
once rightly pointed out, "Need a wider angle lens? Two steps back. Need a
tele? Two steps forward."
