Obviously you are very naive and uninformed, your "e-mail" solution may work
if you had a problem with Microsoft. And what makes you think that Leica, a
very small company, has a staff dedicated to answering technical questions
via e-mail? Generally here on the LUG if you have a technical question you
will have several answers within minutes.
