Hi Ted,

     True, but a lot of HCB's work was accomplished quite a number of
years ago.  Is this French law retroactive?  Also, he photographed, in
semi-formal situations, famous French personalities, and for these, he
no doubt got a release signed.

     Perhaps HCB got around this law, simple because he is well-known?
