I'm a regular customer at the camera store where Jeff Alford works, and
I can verify three things:
	1. Most of Jeff's customers are very nice.
	2. Jeff knows more about cameras than almost everyone who buys
	   from him, but never lets his superior knowledge intimidate
	   his customers.
	3. If you look up the word "nice" in the dictionary, there's a 
	   photograph of Jeff Alford there to illustrate the concept.
