My guess is a 28f2.0 ASPH...(and hope -as it would be cool!)

I have heard rumor that the 28f2.8 Elmarit is discontinued...is this for 
sure? It certainly would be a prelude to some sort of new 28mm lens.

This is all conjecture and rumor and has nothing to do with what Leica may or 
may not be doing. My source for this information was not Leica.
