He did win a Pulitzer-- for deadline reporting (on the graveyard shift)  the 
death of some opera singer or something. And I never said he wasn't a good 
journalism professor. I said he was a "dick-head," a short little guy with a 
huge ego, and a sadist. At least one other LUG nut and Colombia grad called 
him a "prick." I did have him as a professor at Columbia, after all.
