(Your other two lenses are f/2 and f/ 2.8) or unless you think you are going to use the 35mm as your primary lens in low light. I personally like to match the maximum aperatures of my lenses as much as possible..... makes exposure and film selction easier. I bought the 3 Summicrons and the 24 Elmarit is the odd one out of my group.. It never fails that I'm shooting at 1/60 and f/2 with the 35 and 50 and then I want to use the 24, but hate shooting much at a 1/30th. If you have the 35 Summilux and you're shooting at 1/60 at F/1.4... you will really hate going to the 50 or 90 at 1/30 and f/2..... which means you'll probably be soon lusting for a Noctilux or 75mmm Summilux like myself and a few others on this list. In other words..... keep saving money in your Leica fund, because it only gets more expensive!
