I put them on the paper white backdrop and they run right off and start playing with the light stands in the corner of the room. I open up a half stop and keep shooting. Lots of shots sold with toddlers playing with light stands and light stands leaned against the corner of the room are the backdrop! Taken often with Hasselblads or now Leicas but further back Nikons. (Sometimes a Rolleiflex) It's nice to be working with lots of depth of field as they can dark any direction any time. The main thing is to get their parents to shut up and stay in the back.
