The general feeling I got for those threads is "You do NOT want to do that to your Leica". But I may be biased. In 30 years of photography, I have still to understand the interest of double exposures with roll-film cameras. I don't see what can't be done in the lab and moreover with Photoshop or Photopaint in that matter.
