[Leica] LHSA Black paint M6 questions

Hello,

I'have just received the last Viewfinder issue with the LHSA Black 
Paint M6 TTL order form and I have some questions :

1.- The serial number seems to be not engraved in the top plate. 
Why?? I think that the black millenium camera it does. If not, I 
think that it's a great mistake to engrave the classic Leica logo but 
not the serial number.

2.- For non USA LHSA members, how will the camera be sent and 
which warranty will be provided ?? It seems that for all USA 
members, Leica USA will send the camera and it will provide the 
USA Passport warranty. 

It seems that it won't be easy  to get the camera for non USA 
LHSA members !!!
