If you want the smallest, lightest, and most discrete gear possible, your 35 should be a late, pre-aspheric Summicron and your 90 should be the "Skinny" Tele-Elmarit. Both of these are damn fine lenses (relatively inexpensive) and as small and light as one can expect from world class equipment. You can carry everything you need for a full day of photography in a couple of jacket pockets. Assuming you will shoot hand-held, you will never tell the difference between pictures taken with these lenses and pictures taken with their more recent siblings. One caution, however, it would appear that care is necessary in purchasing the 90 because certain individual units may have developed a pernicious fungus, though a recent LUG survey indicated this was less of a problem than the publicity might indicate.
