Subject: [Leica] Leitz Valoy II Enlarger

I have the opportunity to purchase a Valoy II,
Excellent+ condition, for $200.  Is this a fair asking
price?  Additionally, would the current day appeal for
it be only that it "handles like a Leica" in the
darkroom, for it isn't collectible, correct?
