The gist of the reply was that if Kodak spend say (and these figures are not real - simply illustrative) £10k on B&W product ads they may get a £20k return... but when they spend £10k on digital prducts they can get a £200+k return. There's no feeling for the medium like we have... it's all down to numbers.... and binary numbers at that!
