Anders (et al.) -
Humor to be humor should be expressed and kept alive! Your apology speeks volumes of your own sensitivity and intergrity; however don't feel that some of the negative responses that we've seen are reasonable.
Some of the best humor is that which is told of folks about themselves. I would like to see more humor back OT - How many LTM owners does it take to change a light bulb....

Subject: [Leica] Apology, lawyer joke

In the thread "MSN terms of usage: long and silly" I made a
tastless and poor joke about lawyers. It has been pointed out,
both on- and off-list, that the lawyers on the LUG were not amused.

I hereby offer my sincere apology to those that may have been
offended by this "joke", and promise that I will be more careful
in the future.

Yours humbly
Anders Nygren
