In fact, I made the motion to set up the fund, mostly so we could get off dead-center and move on to other concerns, since there did not seem to be any consensus on whether to start paying money to the editor. So, in effect, we tabled the decision on whether LHSA would pay an editor, but set up a budgeted fund that could be used for that purpose if the board decides to do so next year. Roy Moss, as far as I know, is not getting any payment for the fine job he is doing with the "Viewfinder".
