Subject: [Leica] I met a LUG Lurker!

Hello LUG

I was taking pictures at a friend's son's first year birthday party when a
distinguished gent sidled up and said "You don't see one those very often".
My M6.  We immediately got into an enjoyable conversation, I mentioned the
LUG, and it happened, I met my first LUGger.  What fun!  We talked about
Kyle's project, Ted's book, the Deadman's street shooting, Mark's new
Humvee, Mike's typing skills, Horst's humour, and a certain Parisian
artificial intelligence experiment.  Hardly noticed anyone else for the rest
of the evening (I noticed the guy who dropped my camera bag when moving it
from a chair).  Missed the shot of the big birthday candle blowout!  All in
all a most memorable evening.

Any other unexpected LUG meeting stories out there?
