Andrew, It is possible to change the M3 to a M4 loading system, but it is not 
as easy as it sounds. The parts in the filmcounter are not compatible and you 
really have to pay a lot to the required parts (drive, 'tulip", filmcounter 
gear etc). It can be done, but I wonder if it is worth it! Talk to someone 
like Sherry Krauter, Don Goldberg or Reinhold Mueller about it.
