Its a rangefinder device the size of a small Minox. It has a base of 6 cm, manufactured in Germany, the trademark GHD in a oval, it came in a fine leather case and was distributed by Herbert & Huesgen Co, New York. It has two windows in the front one larger than the other, on top there is a sliding distance scale operated by a brass lever. In the rear the eye piece is made out of brass. I was hoping that some one on the list might have more information. It probably was made in the 40's the construction is very solid. mg ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
