I wonder how friendly the parting of the ways was... --> I'm VERY impressed at the level of anxiety many of you display. It obviously says a lot about the laudable quality service Kindermann has managed to provide Leica brand owners through the years, with that evanescent personal touch and professional dedication. But then Lisle-Kelco also sure is a serious business that represents some of the finest photo equipment available, both at the shooting stage, then the processing and even digital post-processing, plus many high end well recognized lab, photo accessories and presentation items, mostly geared towards the connoi$$eur amateur then the quality directed professional photo markets. At this point in Leica history, service and SUPPORT certainly has to remain of such high quality and your comments definitely provide Kindermann with loads of kudos, BUT Lisle-Kelco's P.R. side of the business, their outstanding dynamic sales directed strategic organization probably is one major factor that motivated the switch as, I'd pre-suppose, Leica officials probably are on the look-out for a more potent sales organization as this has to remain priority number one in present context.
