If you are taking picture of the inside of the helicopter than maybe they would be sharp, but if you are attempting to shoot the still landscape below you may experience blur, unless you are shooting at some very fast shutter speed. Some photogs use a Ken-Lab Gyro to counter the vibration in a helicopter, other companies build it into their lenses.
