So you may use your Sharpie with abandon, secure in the knowledge that with a little squirt of booze and a wipe of underwear, you can make it look beautiful again ;-). As well as any other markings you might want to eliminate. Obviously, this is not advised for those who think of their Leicas as stock certificates with which they take photos. For those folks, Dr. BT would still recommend BT. But if your Leica is a tool you plan to pass on to your kids...Go for the Sharpie...
