Everything is pretty automatic. One of the reasons I use Auto mode instead of TTL is that I find that in the auto mode the flash recharges much faster than at TTL mode. I figured that since the R7 syncs at 1/100 and f/5.6, it wouldn't cause any problem if I selected f/4 on the Metz...... Or am I wrong ? Do U guys encounter the same experience of a longer recharging whilst at TTL mode vs the auto mode ? TMLee, S'pore
