A Viso is no different than using a bellows or extension tubes on an R camera or Hasselblad. The entire discussion was about a 75/1.4 mounted directly on the camera. And it still provides the largest image size on film, WITHOUT resorting to MACRO or SLR attachments, of any normal, regular, M lens. Hell... mount a 35 and 50 front to back, mount them on extentubes, on the end of a completely extended bellows, and you'll fill the frame with flea droppings. But the discussion was not about macro setups.
