You are confusing aspherical correction, which benefits wide lenses, with 
apochromatic correction which benefits longer lenses. Anything shorter than 
90mm or 100mm really won't benefit from Apo correction, while anything much 
longer than that won't benefit from aspherical elements.

And very few lenses (mostly Canon) have fluorite crystal elements.
