Nothing works unless their own experience is perfection. Leica doesn't care unless they send them personal letters assuring them their money is more important than anyone else's. I have been told by a Leica Rep. that Leica is well aware of what's on the LUG. Employees at Leica USA will sometimes subscribe to keep up. Leica has long been know for being resistant to outside ideas. And if one reads the LUG here and doesn't understand why, they are living on some sort of surreal plane of existence that I've never seen. Nikon is the same way. Very resistant to outside suggestions, except for certain professionals they respect. Whoops, so is Leica. If this doesn't make sense, here's a metaphor: A camel is a horse designed by a committee. We all know there have been problems at Leica. They are a small company, they don't have the resources to deal with some issues as a bigger company with more resources at their disposal (manufacturing capacity, people, etc.). If you want something else, buy something else. Stop whining and pissing and moaning all the time. Sheesh, you'd think this was the Leica Underminers Group. Canon and Nikon owners have nothing on them! Eric Welch Carlsbad, CA http://www.neteze.com/ewelch Always be on the lookout for conspicuousness (or, It's hard to tell if someone is inconspicuous).
