		Hi all,

		Not sure if this is the start of Leica doing some serious
offers on the R8 but I got a newsletter from one the UK dealerships today
offering a R8 and the 50 Summicron for £1600 [less the cash back] as a new
special deal, that would seem to price the summicron at about £150 which
doesn't seem bad. Perhaps they might extend this to the 35/70 f4 as well?
Does anyone know if this is the first sign of Mr. Cohn doing something to
kick start R sales?
