[Leica] minor change to list policy

In a few days I am going to modify the leica-users list so that only members
of it (or of the digest list or leica2) may post to it.

If you are in the habit of posting to the list from some other email
account besides the one you are subscribed under, there is a new list
whose purpose is holding such email addresses.

If you want to be able to post to leica-users from an address that is not
subscribed, please subscribe now to
	leica-users-posters
using the same technique as always:

	To: majordomo@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us
	Subject:

	subscribe leica-users-posters

Since no email will ever be sent to this list, there is no need to have it
ask for confirmation, a simple "subscribe" request will put you right on
the list.
