The proper front and rear caps, the leather zipper case, and the instruction booklet are included. While I do not have professional experience in rating lenses (e.g., in the manner of Shutterbug advertisements), this lens seems to merit a "Mint-" or "near mint" rating, and I am a very particular individual. The glass is perfect, the focus and aperture adjustments work smoothly and flawlessly as one expects of Leica, and the aperture leaves are without blemish in any way. The only things which to my eye mitigate against a "MINT" rating are three tiny little bright marks on the focus knurling, each about the size of a pinpoint: ever so normal signs of slight use. You are buying a lens that simply CANNOT be bettered except by purchase of a factory-sealed item, the difference will be only cosmetic, and the price is less than either new or used-from-dealer pricing. $600 or make me a reasonable offer. rwyble@erols.com Richard J.
