This morning as I walked down the street >with an M6 around my neck, a young woman sitting at an outdoor table with an >espresso commented on it by saying: "Nice camera." -- with the word "nice" >said very slowly. > >Now she was pretty and in her 20's... I am 58, short, fat, and bald. I >believe that she REALLY WAS interested in the camera; don't you? But fantasy survives anyway, right? ]'-) I had a similar thing happen at a flea market the first time I went out shooting with the CL. I was taking a photograph of a table of fairly interesting stuff and struck up a conversation with the vendor, a rather attractive young woman in her 20s. She sees my camera... "Oh, a Leica! Thank you for taking pictures with a Leica!" Like something out of the X-Files ... "They are out there!" Now why didn't I meet any of them when I was in my 20s? Godfrey
